Emma Baker has produced a comparison video, demonstrating the microphones on the iPhone 12 and iPhone X. She also highlights the benefits of an external lavalier microphone, such as the iRig Lavalier Mic. and the Boya BY-M1 Lac Mic.
Both microphones are testing in a loud environment to see how good the iPhone 12’s zoom audio is at cutting out background noise and homing in on your voice.
